1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an annual membership through YY Business Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Administrative Services

YY Business Solutions LLC operates strictly as an administrative sales agency and authorized subscription registrar. We facilitate the sale of annual memberships that grant customers access to on-demand home professional services (including HVAC inspections, locksmith services, and general property checks). Upon successful payment, our sole responsibility is to process your transaction and register your active membership status within the Premium Home Services databases.

3. Service Fulfillment & Premium Home Services

YY Business Solutions LLC does not employ technicians, nor do we directly dispatch, schedule, or manage the physical service calls. All dispatching and on-site services are coordinated and performed entirely by the Premium Home Services network and their independent contractors. While your membership purchased through us entitles you to these network benefits, YY Business Solutions LLC acts solely as the billing and registration entity.

4. Payment and Billing

• Annual Fee: Membership is secured via a single, one-time annual payment.
• No Auto-Renewal: We do not store payment information for recurring charges. Memberships do not automatically renew at the end of the 12-month term.
• No Late Fees: Because our service operates on a one-time upfront payment rather than an ongoing monthly invoice, no late fees are assessed. If a payment fails at checkout, the membership is not activated.
• Refunds: All payments are subject to our Refund Policy, which states that all successfully processed membership fees are strictly non-refundable once your registration is active in the database.

5. Limitation of Liability

Because our role is strictly limited to subscription sales and database registration, YY Business Solutions LLC bears no liability for the actual services performed at your property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YY Business Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage, incomplete repairs, or loss of use, arising from the actions of the independent HVAC professionals, locksmiths, or other technicians utilized through your active membership. Any grievances regarding physical services must be directed to Premium Home Services or the specific contractor who performed the work.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
