YY Business Solutions LLC provides an annual membership program that grants customers access to complimentary, on-demand home professional services (including HVAC inspections, locksmith services, and general house checks) throughout the duration of the active membership year.
The membership is billed as a single, one-time annual charge at the beginning of the service year. YY Business Solutions LLC does not store or save customer payment information on file, and memberships do not automatically renew. To maintain access to services in subsequent years, customers must manually initiate a new transaction. Because there are no ongoing monthly invoices or saved billing profiles, YY Business Solutions LLC does not charge late fees. If a payment does not successfully process at the time of sign-up, the membership is simply not activated.
Because the annual fee secures your immediate and ongoing access to professional dispatch services and free on-site checks for the entire calendar year, all membership charges are strictly non-refundable once the transaction has successfully processed.
Because we do not store your payment information and memberships do not automatically renew, there is no formal cancellation process required to prevent future charges. If you no longer wish to utilize the services, you simply do not need to request dispatch. Your access will naturally expire at the end of your 12-month term.
