1. Introduction
YY Business Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with when you enroll in or maintain a Home Service Subscription membership.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact information: name, email address, and phone number.
- Service address: the property address where contractor dispatch may be requested.
- Payment information: billing address and card details, entered directly into our payment partner Spreedly's hosted, PCI-compliant capture form. We receive a payment token, not your raw card number.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Process your initial membership enrollment and annual renewal charges
- Send enrollment confirmations and receipts
- Verify active membership status when you request contractor dispatch
- Respond to billing, cancellation, and support inquiries
- Maintain consent and transaction records for compliance and dispute resolution
4. Payment Processing & Security
We use Spreedly, a PCI Level 1 certified tokenization platform, to capture and securely vault your payment method. Card data is entered directly into Spreedly's hosted form and never touches our servers. Spreedly routes each charge through our payment gateway, Stripe, also PCI Level 1 certified. We retain only a payment token — used solely to process the annual renewal charge you've consented to — never the underlying card number.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate your membership:
- Vetted contractor network: your name, phone number, and service address, shared only when you request a service call, so an independent contractor can confirm your membership and respond to your request.
- Payment processors: Spreedly and Stripe, to process and tokenize payments.
- Legal compliance: where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process.
6. Data Retention & Your Choices
We retain your payment token and account information for as long as your membership is active and for two years following cancellation, to support chargeback defense and legal compliance. After that period, your data is deleted unless a longer retention is required by law. You can cancel at any time online, by phone, or by mail — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Upon cancellation, no further renewal charges will be processed.
We never store full card numbers. The only payment data that reaches our systems is a Spreedly-issued token, which cannot be used outside our authorized gateway.
7. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses only essential cookies required for the payment form to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that follow you across other websites.
8. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know what data we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information.
